1、Raw material control:We have established pepper bases in Xinjiang, Shandong and other major pepper producing areas or have cooperated with local agricultural cooperatives to sign pepper planting and management agreements. We manage all aspects of pepper sowing, seedling transfer, field management, picking, drying and so on to ensure that all indexes of pepper raw materials are qualified and the quantity and quality of raw materials purchased can be controlled.
2、Production process control:The production and processing are carried out in full accordance with the process flow stipulated by the HACCP system to control potential hazards. The QC quality inspector supervises the production process at all times, supervises whether the production is carried out according to the process flow and product formula, and conducts sampling and testing of the process products in time according to the sampling frequency to ensure that the quality of the final products meets the requirements of laws and regulations and customers.
3、Finished product inspection:The laboratory has microbiological test room, physical and chemical test room and research and development room, there are Japan Shimadsu photometer, METTler electronic balance, METTler moisture meter, Switzerland Novasina moisture activity meter and other testing equipment, different products and customers different requirements for regular third-party inspection to ensure the quality of our products.
